Responsibilities

• Provide product and technical advice to customers, and present and sell products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain the existing customer base and build a new one.
• Have a good understanding of the company’s products (the company provides continuous and regular training).
• Explain, assist and provide accurate information and advice on products and techniques to customers.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to customers.
• Prepare summary reports.
• Take responsibility and follow the company’s policies and goals.
• Carry out the tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Good English (speaking, listening and writing) and computer skills.
• Own car and a driving licence.
• Highly responsible and able to handle work pressure well.
• Good questioning and presentation skills.
• Innovative thinker who enjoys teamwork and works well with others.
• Completed or exempted from military service (male applicants).
• Work experience 0–3 years; recent graduates are welcome.
• Prior work experience will be considered an advantage.

Duties & responsibilities

• Technical support to our sales team and customers.
• Process all sales-related paperwork.

• Support marketing activities such as seminars and exhibitions.
• Study new products, models and technologies of existing and new suppliers as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science — Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Physics or a related field.

• Good spoken, listening and written English, and computer skills.
• Diligent, builds good relationships, determined and ready to learn new technology in the field.
• Experience in a related field will be an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable + commission + yearly bonus

Job summary

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels.
• Install and inspect electrical control components within panels.
• Perform electrical wiring, equipment installation and system functionality testing.
• Assist with on-site installation, testing and commissioning of control systems.
• Support PLC programming tasks and the configuration of HMIs or inverters as assigned.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues and perform basic maintenance on electrical control systems.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Chor) or Diploma in Vocational Education (Por Wor Sor) in Electrical Power, Electrical Control, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; the company provides on-the-job training and instruction.
• Strong interest in electrical control systems, automation and the assembly of electrical control panels.
• Basic knowledge of electrical control components such as relays, contactors, circuit breakers, overload relays, inverters and sensors.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, cable termination, control panel wiring and electrical circuit testing.
• Able to read and interpret basic electrical schematics, including wiring diagrams, control circuit diagrams and single-line diagrams (SLD).
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and automated control systems; prior experience with PLCs or HMIs is a plus.
• Able to use basic electrical hand tools and measuring instruments such as a multimeter.
• Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to travel for off-site work, including installation, system testing and customer service.
• Responsible, punctual, diligent, patient and a good team player.
• Creative, confident in sharing ideas and proposing solutions, and open to feedback and suggestions from others.
• Eager to learn new things and committed to developing skills in electrical control and automation systems.

Preferred

• Experience in assembling electrical control panels or installing electrical systems for machinery.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, inverters and industrial communication systems.
• Able to use basic electrical drafting / design software.
• A valid driving licence and able to drive a car.
• A keen interest in industrial automation, instrumentation and pump control systems.
