Bungartz Special Pumps
Bungartz pumps are built for duties where normal centrifugal pumps fail: boiling liquids, NPSH available below 0.1 m, up to 50 % gas and 50 % solids — and continuous dry running by design, with a hydrodynamic shaft seal.

MOS/UMOS & MOR/UMOR
For suction heads up to 5 m without a control unit; cylindrical graphite stuffing box that can run dry, handles solids, low-wear impeller with back vanes.
Suction head up to 5 m
V-AN
Self-regulating pump for low suction heads: liquids close to boiling point, outgassing liquids, extraction from high vacuum without a barometric design, varying feed rates.
MPCH DryRun
Magnetically coupled pump that runs dry continuously — for toxic media, liquids with solids or gas, where standard mag-drive pumps fail.
Up to 300 kW at 1,500 rpm
MPATAN
Vertical pump for installation in vessels: toxic media with solids or gas, high temperature and/or pressure; no bearing in the liquid, safe to run dry, also for zone 0.
Submersion depth up to 5 m
MPCVAN
For toxic media with solids or gas, boiling liquids, high temperature and/or pressure; no bearing in the liquid, fluctuating inlet flow, safe to run dry, also in ATEX applications.
TCC DryRun
Submerged pump with a frictionless, inert-gas-isolated shaft seal — 100 % safe to run dry; for tanks where product gas must not escape, chemical waste water with solids, residual draining.
Maintenance-free for 3 to 5 years

Submerged pump for non-toxic media with solids — phosphoric acid, ammonium nitrate, iron oxide, saline solutions, waste water; empties pits without risk of dry running.
Immersion depth up to 1.4 m
VB
For media with solids that settle, foamy and gas-containing liquids, and mixing powder and liquid while pumping; residue drainage, no dead spaces, self-venting.
VKT
For narrow mounting ports at high media temperatures, such as molten salt; starts at any liquid level, no bearing in the liquid, can run dry.
